Becky Harden – Assistant Principal
Ms. Harden began her teaching career as a health and physical education teacher where she also served as a volleyball, field hockey, basketball, and track coach in the states of Virginia, Maryland, and West Virginia. After spending 10 years teaching, Miss Harden moved into the role of administration where she has served as an Assistant Principal for the last 18 years. Miss Harden is a native of Berkeley Springs, West Virginia. She has been able to learn and grow through her experiences as well as develop positive relationships with her students, staff, parents, and community members.
She believes in bringing the community together, building relationships, and communicating with all stakeholders for the success of all students. She believes in a school environment where every student matters and staff is valued and where all students can learn to think critically and develop the skills to be successful in life. By working together, the future is bright and full of possibilities for every student.
Ms. Harden is excited to be joining the Mustang family and community and looks forward to building positive relationships and supporting the students, staff, and parents while leading our students to success.
Charles Feld – Assistant Principal
Mr. Feld began his career in education as an ESE instructor and ESE School Specialist. He brings 25+ years of experience and leadership as he has worked diligently advocating for and building relationships with students, parents, staff, and community members. He has served as an Assistant Principal at East Ridge High School, Mount Dora Middle School, and Umatilla Middle School. Mr. Feld was nominated as the Lake County Schools 2019 Assistant Principal of the Year. He is proud of the work and results achieved by teachers and students.
Mr. Feld is thankful for the opportunity to work alongside the outstanding educators, staff, and students of Eustis Middle School. He lives and believes in the following quote, “Your goals don’t determine your success. It’s your commitment to the process, work ethic, attitude and habits that decide what you ACHIEVE.” He is excited to bring his experience to EMS where he will continue to support and assist students, teachers, and parents with processes and procedures leading to increase achievements.
